If it is like a: lipoma that is slow growing on your ovary, and there has not been any discernible changes in the size or location of the mass, then all you have to do is continue to monitor it. I have a dark scar that changes shape sometimes it would be small as it would fade but then it becomes bigger. It’s dark brown and noticeable.
A scar can get hyperpigmented in the first six months. It could have skin changes from excess sun that are a risk & need to be checked. But the ""fade" and then "bigger" as a cycle
