Stop using them: Of you developed rash after using all 3 , then you should stop using them and once resolves may introduce one after the other to check what are you allergic to. Meanwhile if rash are itchy try OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream and Hydrocortisone cream for NO MORE than a week. Depends on skin: One skin cleanser may work better for you than another depending on your skin, whether it is dry or oily, light or dark complexion, etc. I usually recommend a neutral or hypoallergenic formula, avoiding perfumes and other additives.
