I have consulted a dermatologist and she is retired now. I was prescribed lotion and prednisone. Tablet helped initially but second time did not. I am using dove soap and cetaphil lotion all the time. No clue why the itch is back??

Stop using them: Of you developed rash after using all 3, then you should stop using them and once resolves may introduce one after the other to check what are you allergic to.
