Cervical radic.: Cervical radiculopathy can present like this. The numbness/tingling would go usually down the arm and into the thumb mostly for a c6 radiculopathy. A cervical epidural steroid injection can help tremendously for this. Surgery may be needed, but and esi and pt and oral anti-inflammatories should usually be tried first. Seek out an interventional pm;r or anesthesia pain physician in your area. ...Read more
