No, it doesn't help: Blunt truth is that nothing that u do at this point, (other than quit smoking) can make a difference. It's poss. 2b early sign of miscarriage, (it's est. 20% of all pregnancies measured from conception miscarriage). Could just be some cramping & mild spotting. Time will tell. Not necessarily: At 6-1/2 weeks pregnant bleeding can mean three things: a normal pregnancy with bleeding from the pregnancy doing it's thing and implanting into the wall of the uterus (womb) a miscarriage - usually watch and wait, the bleeding will increase and the pain may increase a tubal / ectopic pregnancy - usually very painful. No: That can be a normal finding in early pregnancy.As long as you are not having heavy bleeding with cramps you shouldnot be worried.Check with your obgyn you might need Rhogam shot if you are rh negative. ...Read more

See your Dr.: You probably had some slight bleeding which is not uncommon early in pregnancy. I would check with your obstetrician to make sure that there are no problems.
