Do chewable gummy multivitamins get properly absorbed as much as regular USP verified tablet multivitamins?

Probably: Not all gummy vitamins are created equal and some are undoubtedly better than others, but they should contain high quality vitamins in a different base than tablets. The fact that they are chewable may increase their absorbability, but i don't know any objective research on their absorption so this is all just an educated guess. ...Read more

Is it safe to take a multivitamin, omega-3 supplement, probiotic, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and my SSRI antidepressant together daily?

Safe but:
why do you need so many supplements. If you are taking a mixed diet, , none of the supplements other than vitamin D3 are doing you any good.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

On prenatal vitamins at the same tym taking Alli diet pills. As a result, I have to take centrum every nyt. Centrum contains 400mcg follic acid. Safe?

Rec: Change Strategy: Why the belief, other than marketing, that you "need" extra vitamins? Buyer beware always applies; look for my answer “...Good idea to take a multivitamin daily...”. Alli not very effective & ? GI problems, etc. Better: 1. Cut carbs & quantity. Study nusi.Org, videos: "sugar: the bitter truth" & “how the government makes you fat” 2. Avoid otc products. 3. Find great md, ex & maybe:victoza+/-symlin. ...Read more

Is it safe to take Prilosec, glucosamine, msm, chondroiton, chlorophyll, calcium citrate, multi vitamin, and vitamin d together and daily?

Multiple meds: That is a big load of meds. Some, such as Vitamin D, do not need a prescription or blood test. Over-the counter vitamin D is inexpensive and does not need a prescription. Even better it is already in your milk and you don't really need to buy Vitamin D separately. Do you really need all the others? Look up "NuVal" on the web and see what foods are best for you rather than meds. ...Read more

Can I take centrum multivitamins & iron capsules (niferex) at the same time?

MVI (multivitamin) + Fe: Taking a multivitamin and iron at the same time is fine. The acidity in vitamin c helps you absorb iron better so that is good to take too. Just be careful you aren't taking anything that interferes with iron absorption at the same time, like calcium, tea, zinc, or acid-blockers like pepcid, zantac, (ranitidine) prilosec, or prevacid. ...Read more

Could you take prenatal vitamins that contain biotin, choline, inositol, and fumaric acid name of vitamin brand nordic berries?

I do not: Like the formula. They contain 9 grams of carbohydrate and the amount of thiamin (as are the doses of all the vitamins) is too low to metabolize that amount of carb. You can look it up on line. This expresses an incredible ignorance of industry in vitamins and foods. In pregnancy, first you need a pristine diet and the vitamin supplementation should be ordered by your ob/gyn. ...Read more

For faster hair growth can I consume 5000mg biotin , prenatal or folic acid , multivitamins, 3000mg fish oil pills daily? Is is safe?

Yes, safe but...: Taking all of the things you mention is quite safe. However, there is no guarantee this will result in faster hair growth; if you are deficient in any of those (which is actually quite common) then it should help somewhat; if not deficient then it won't do much for your hair but may still have other health benefits.
