No, fortunately: According to the package, the protein is from whey (milk) and egg. No ground up testicles, fortunately. If you are a 17 yo male and have had a normal puberty, you certainly don't need any more testosterone. If you have not had a normal puberty, then you should perhaps see your pediatrician/ endocrinologist. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

No reasons to be...: I couldn't found reasons to support concern/connection of whey protein/mass gainer to ed. Note: healthy lifestyle + no overindulgence ; obsession = surest insurance to keep up free-flow circulation to distribute nutrition to nurture all tissues ; organs = more energy ; ability to display an active/vibrant life, sex included. Despite enlisting its mental ; physical causes, both are inseparable. ...Read more
Live with it.: Sorry, but you cannot make your penis grow. What you see - is what you get - nothing more - nothing less. In spite of all the ads you see on the internet, you have to live with what you have. There are some surgical procedures to release the penile suspensory ligament, giving you more "useable" length to what you already have, but this can also effect other issues. ...Read more

Different tests: Creatinine is a waste product of (mainly muscle) metabolism, & builds up when the body (kidney) cannot get rid of it. Creatine Phosphokinase, AKA Total CPK, is an enzyme produced by certain cells in the body that produces creatine byproducts (muscle, bone, brain, heart have CPK). An elevated CPK means one of these organs is/was damaged in some way. So the 2 tests measure different things. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Body building: You don't need a bodybuilding supplement - what you need is a combination of a good diet and regular exercise. For the diet I recommend you go on-line to "NuVal" and learn the good, not so good, and bad for you foods. If you want to body build a visit or two to a trainer would not hurt if you can afford it. Otherwise use common sense and don't overdo (or underdo) the activities. ...Read more

While bulking, is it ok to run and do sprints intervel training if i'm taking creatine and still keeping muscle mass and strength?
Yes: Aerobic activity is good for your heart and fitness (lean body effects). Creatine supplementation will help with bulking if taken after resistance training. In combination, your strength should increase. Avoid overuse injuries by tracking your progress and taking one day of rest per week. ...Read more
I'm planning to take optimum nutrition protein powder "serious mass". Just wanted to know if creatine monohydrate safe for health?
Very safe: I am extremely glad that you are choosing to use creatine as your bodybuilding supplement rather than an anabolic steroid. The former is for real athletes; the latter is for cheaters / lawbreakers. Remember that most women strongly prefer the "natural bodybuilder" look, feel, and attitude. Best wishes. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

What does creatine do?Shud i take it b4 or after my workout.I've also tried some supplements lyk mass gainers and whey proteins.Which shud i take when
Gain muscle mass: A single 5 g (5000 mg) oral dose in healthy adults results in a peak plasma creatine level of approximately 120 mg/l at 1–2 hours post-ingestion. Creatine has a fairly short elimination half-life, averaging just less than 3 hours, so to maintain an elevated plasma level it would be necessary to take small oral doses every 3–6 hours throughout the day. Follow directions! ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Will you gain more muscle mass if you lift 5 days a week or 3. I also take creatine and whey protein. And cardio 3x a week.
Egg whites: Egg whites are pure protein. Creatine is fairly safe as long as you drink plenty of water, but many complain of midsection swelling. Other supplements are unproven and possibly dangerous. I see lots of kidney stones, liver problems, heart problems, and hormone imbalances caused by things that do work, but are dangerous. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

I want to use whey protein and creatine supplements for mass gain but I have a weak kidney ... If I use these supplements would it effect my health ?
Supplements useless: Don't believe the hype-people will try to sell you something to look better/get stronger. I wouldn't buy it, especially if your kidneys may have trouble with an extra protein load from these products. Best to work out 'the old fashioned way' with dedicated aerobic & weight training. Your body, believe it or not, will tell u how much protein to consume. (i.e. thoughts like 'what do I want to eat'). ...Read more

Is it safe to have creatine or protein supplements with terbinafine sandoz?
I'm presently taking GAT Jet Mass and Maxx's HP protein
Probably safe : I have seen renal failure from inappropriate creatine supplementation. I use creatine myself but on an intermittent basis such as every other day. I think this helps protect the kidneys and I've had no problem. Overall it should be safe if you follow instructions. Realistically the strength gains are modest at best from the supplement. Training and attrition develop muscle. Stay well! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
