Many options: Lyrica, cymbalta, savella (milnacipran) are all approved specifically for treatment of fibromyalgia. Gabapentin, amitriptyline, cyclobenzaprine, tizanidine, carisprodol, tramadol & fluoxetine in combination with Amitriptyline have all shown benefit for treatment of fibromyalgia in trials.
