Agree w Dr. Raff: Ceftibuten – Cedax (ceftibuten) side effects include: nausea, vomiting, loose stools, constipation, abdominal pain, vaginal discharge/itching, dry mouth, rash, headache, sedation, dizziness & insomnia. Serious SE's: bloody diarrhea, jaundice, bloody or dark colored urine, fever, chills, confusion, agitation or convulsions. Would need to know specific medications to check for drug interactions. ...Read more

Accidently left cedax (ceftibuten) out of the fridge for 24 hrs. Is this still okay?

Not sure: Cedax (ceftibuten) should be stored between 36 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit (or 2 to 25 degree Celsius). I would talk with your pharmacist if you think it was not maintained within that temperature range. ...Read more
