10DaysCeclorForStrep: It is not unusual as you have to give Antibiotics for a total of 10 days for Strep infection to be cleared. You can give Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and continue Ceclor. But if fever persists consult your Pediatrician and get her rechecked.
