Possibly from liver: If there is splenomegaly, one cause would be congested blood backing up from the liver venous circulation. The GI or hepatologist need to be involved to find the cause, benign or from other causes need to ruled out. kidney concretion: I have no idea but maybe this is calcium deposited in the kidney.

You are CONCERNED about how much you are drinking! Are you describing BINGE drinking?? How many are "quite a few"????? However the liver is usually not enlarged by binge drinking (It can develop "fatty changes" but these are reversible if you do not drink in between bijnges. BINGES are unhealthy for a LOT of reasons!
