Taking a vitamin A supplement (WHO has reccomentations) can prevent this kind. Unrelated conditions: Nyctalpia is difficulty with night vision. Rarely due to nutritional deficiency but many other causes, some serious. Xerophthalmia is more extreme dryness and is also very uncommon. Have these conditions been diagnosed by an ophthalmologist. Or is this self diagnosis.
