Anitfungal: Over the counter antifungal is likely best. Itching is usually a sign of a yeast infection. Generic brands are just as effective as name brands. Likely yeast, but...: Vulvar itching is unlikely with UTI but is typical for yeast. Also, "external dysuria", i.e. urine burning on the outside when it contacts vaginal opening or labia, is more like yeast.
