Causes Of Tiny Itchy Bumps On One Arm
Doctor can evaluate: Rashes are very difficult to describe in words, so an exam by a primary care doctor and/or a dermatologist is helpful, when the rash is present. Sometimes rashes occur from bug bites, fungus/yeast, reactions with chemicals, irritants, plants, allergens, etc... Itching makes it more likely an allergic rash or bug bites. If one cannot go to the doctor, a video consult on HealthTap PRIME may help.

Reaction: Sounds like you are describing hives. This is likely an allergic reaction to something. Sun or allergy?: Some people get reactions like this whenever they are in the sun too long. Try to avoid direct sun, wear loose shirts with sleeves. For itching, try Cortizone 10 or similar cream.
