Sounds like you: Have irritated you lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. Causes a syndrome known as meralgia parasthetica. The nerve can get irritated by wearing a tight belt as it gets pinched at your waistline, a big belly that puts pressure on it or sitting forward for long periods of time.
