Can autonomic peripheral cause venous insufficiency? I have pain and tingling in right leg but US was normal. Previous removal of right saphenous.

Can autonomic peripheral cause venous insufficiency? I have pain and tingling in right leg but US was normal. Previous removal of right saphenous.

Neuropathic pain: Autonomic peripheral dysfunction usually causes an involuntary dilation of arterioles with flushing, sometimes pain. A sympathectomy or injection is useful to control. Venous insufficiency results from damage to vein valves, allowing gravity to pull blood downwards. Saphenous vein removal can result in nerve damage and pain, but not usually autonomic. Also, too tight stockings can cause pain.

See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Give it a few days: Sometimes it takes a few days to recover from anesthesia. If the problem persists beyond this make sure to tell your doctor. If the situation worsens let the surgeon or the anesthesiologist know right away.

Tingling: This sounds like nerve impingement but diabetics neuropathy cannot be discounted. Without any further history this is speculation. See your family doc, podiatrist or neurologist for assistance

I have tingling and numbness in my right leg above my ankle. It is not constant but comes and goes.?

Neuritis: Sounds like neuritis which is inflammation of the nerve. It can be localized or be referred from your lower back. Sounds like you need to see a neurologist. Nerve entrapments and injuries do better when treated early.

Occasional tingling down right leg when laying on back. More often my thigh goes numb and I don't notice until I move or touch it. Thoughts??

Numbness in the leg: If the numb symptoms are only in the thigh area it could be neuropathy of one particular branching of the nerve (lateral cutaneous nerve), condition called maralgia paresthetica.

Leg tingling: Not sure what the relationship would be between the leg tingling (sciatica?) and the hysterectomy but would suggest seeing a neurologist for an evaluation for possible sciatica.

Shock-like pain down right leg, on the side, followed by tingling feet. Trapped/pinched nerve? Something else? Any at home remedies?

Shock-like pain down right leg, on the side, followed by tingling feet. Trapped/pinched nerve? Something else? Any at home remedies?

Possible nerve: Irritation. Consider stretching and strengthening exercises if it does not aggravate the pain or cause increase in radiating pain. Take a look at: http://www. Spine-health. Com/conditions for some stretching recommendations. Nsaids, if appropriate for your health, can be of benefit. It sounds like to do have some nerve irritation from a possible pinched nerve, but will need a physical exam.

See a doctor: You need to see a doctor. It sounds like you could have developing atrophy and this can be a sign of significant nerve injury. This should be evaluated further, sooner than later.

Seek MD help: Any feeling of numbness can be related to your nervous system and/or cardiovascular system. You would be well to seek an internist, md to give you an evaluation and refer you to the proper specialist.

I keep randomly getting goosebumps/chills on my right leg and a little bit of tingling on my right arm only. When I'm not cold. Should I be concerned?

Not really.: Probably due to hyperventilation from anxiety or stress type things. But have your thyroid gland, blood sugar and blood chemistry checked to make sure nothing wrong in there. If you have any further queries click this --> https://www. Healthtap. Com/experts/12714048-dr-vahe-yetimyan

Prescribed heel lift for leglength issue, right leg but stopped wearing it after experiencing numbness/tingling in knee, right leg. Sensations persist?

Get Checked: If the heel life change was too dramatic height wise id could have changed your gait and affected your back. Persistent numbness and tingling is usually due to nerve irritation. Please consult with your doctor.
