I would guess this is coming from your back.: The nerve supply for these areas comes out of the low back. You can be worse during your menstrual cycle because of the extra fluid and pelvic congestion will add pressure to the nerves. Sometimes the tingling on the thigh is specific to a nerve called the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. It is fairly common with tight clothes or people employed that lean against the counter or have a heavy toolbelt. I have never witnessed, read or heard about a connection between the inner thigh and any mouth pain or change in salivary flow.
The mouth pain, may or may not be related to saliva flow. Many people report a slight ache in the jaw right before they eat something that stimulates a strong saliva response. Though that only lasts for a couple seconds.

Easy to check: These symptoms would not be typical of a clot. Most clots are relatively silent, though could have swelling or sometimes redness of the skin in the area. These symptoms you describe sound more like a nerve issue. It's easy enough to get a doppler ultrasound of your leg to check for clot if you're concerned. Maybe the calf pain: Medial thigh pain is a higher dermatome, usually L3 or L4 nerve roots. Buttock, posterior-lateral thigh, posterior calves however are consistent with S1, sometimes L5 radiculopathy (tingling, burning, aching, pulling). You probably need more of a work up, PT for core stabilization, stretching, nerve slides and piriformis stretching, maybe an epidural, MRI if not done yet. ...Read more
