While doing lunges had tingling/mild pain down lateral thigh in leg that was behind me. Cause? Okay to try to work muscle?

Yes, but carefully?: You can pull the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve during activity that tightens the inguinal area, compressing it. If chronic, o recurring, it is called "meralgia paresthetica. You may have also experienced transient piriformis muscle spasm, which can compress the sciatic nerve of its branches. The problem does not seem to be a disc. I would slowly resume activity. If it recurs, see your doctor! ...Read more

I have numbness and tingling in my left thigh and it feels like a rubber band is around my left groin which is worse during menstration. Caused by?

I would guess this is coming from your back.: The nerve supply for these areas comes out of the low back. You can be worse during your menstrual cycle because of the extra fluid and pelvic congestion will add pressure to the nerves. Sometimes the tingling on the thigh is specific to a nerve called the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. It is fairly common with tight clothes or people employed that lean against the counter or have a heavy toolbelt. If it's really bothering you a lot you should go see your doctor and get checked out for the possibility of a lumbar disc. ...Read more

Tingling in my inner thigh, especially after sitting for long time. Coincides with mouth ache & slight over production of saliva. What is this?

Likely not related: Good question paulmurph1.

I have never witnessed, read or heard about a connection between the inner thigh and any mouth pain or change in salivary flow.

The mouth pain, may or may not be related to saliva flow. Many people report a slight ache in the jaw right before they eat something that stimulates a strong saliva response. Though that only lasts for a couple seconds. ...Read more

Been having pain in my right inner thigh close to a week. Burning and tenderness, also tingling in foot when I lay down. Could this be a clot?

Easy to check: These symptoms would not be typical of a clot. Most clots are relatively silent, though could have swelling or sometimes redness of the skin in the area. These symptoms you describe sound more like a nerve issue. It's easy enough to get a doppler ultrasound of your leg to check for clot if you're concerned. Having your hip and your lower back evaluated could also be quite important. ...Read more

I have random tingling inner thighs, sides of knees and calves with Increased low back pain. I have severe degenerative disc disease S1-L5; related?

Maybe the calf pain: Medial thigh pain is a higher dermatome, usually L3 or L4 nerve roots. Buttock, posterior-lateral thigh, posterior calves however are consistent with S1, sometimes L5 radiculopathy (tingling, burning, aching, pulling). You probably need more of a work up, PT for core stabilization, stretching, nerve slides and piriformis stretching, maybe an epidural, MRI if not done yet. ...Read more

Pain: lower back, thigh, one leg. Behind knee. Inner thigh. Tingling & numbness in foot. Lost control on my bladder once 2day. No sleep bc of pain.??

Sounds serious...: When a person loses control of the bladder, but was fine before... that's a problem. When combined with neurological symptoms in the legs or lower back, it becomes an emergency. In such a situation, one should get an immediate evaluation to see if there is something pressing on the spinal cord, which could lead to permanent paralysis. The Emergency Room doctor can ask the Neurologist to help. ...Read more
