Causes Of Tingling In Forehead
Can ct head/orbit cause : lightheaded dizzy w/ brief low rumble noise, headache w/ tingling forehead? Dr said maybe anxiety, but no hx panic. Attacks
No, a CT cannot: CAUSE these symptoms. In fact, a CT may HELP DIAGNOSE reasons for dizziness and headache, such as sinusitis. Yes to arm issues: You do describe abnormalities in the neck that could cause pain and numbness of the arm/hand. However, if you are having specific joint pain that that is most likely not caused by the neck problems. Your scalp and forehead symptoms are most not likely caused by the neck problems and you need to discuss this with a medical provider. You may require a CT or MRI of the head to be complete. Good luck

Cutaneous allodynia: Cutaneous allodynia is the scalp tenderness and pain with hair movement that can happen when a migraine has gone on for a while until there is "central sensitization." The numbness in forehead and cheek doesn't sound like occipital neuralgia. Hemicrania continua is also a possibility, but less likely. I'm available for consult if you'd like to discuss further. Hope that helps!
Sinusitis: This is not a typical sinus symptom which usually consists of pain with associated nasal congestion and drainage of mucus. Neuralgia, which is an irritation/inflammation of a superficial nerve in the forehead, is more likely. It's not serious and usually resolves in a few days. See your MD if symptoms persist or worsen.
