Probably benign: Enlarged nodes in a 14 year old are probably not serious, but if they are getting larger, they should be investigated. Measure them carefully and repeat in two or three weeks. If they've not changed in six months, they are probably nothing. ...Read more

Lots of things: You also list a ruptured esophagus. Is this your daughter also? If so, how did that happen? At the top of my list is a parathyroid adenoma (high calcium, fatigue, bone pain); most teens have some palpable lymph nodes and many teenaged girls are a bit anemic. No: The Creatinine has no bearing on your back ache. Your's is a normal value. It is not uncommon to have a back ache after prolonged standing. I would see a doctor about the swelling to be sure there is nothing there. ...Read more

Many times a herniated disc in the neck can cause arm pain especially if you have not improved with the medications and physical therapy.
