HPV: Hpv is transmitted skin to skin. Hpv causes warts. Condoms are not protective of hpv transmission. If the hpv is inside of the vagina then transmission with condoms to the male partner is possible. Depends: Could be neuropathy from diabetes, problem at 3rd sacral spinal root, a pelvic mass (benign or malignant), or other things.
