No one answer: Clomid (clomiphene) can be given during numerous time periods after the first menstrual bleed. This is up to the physician but in general the amount of bleeding does not matter per say. Typically Clomid (clomiphene) can be given 3 to 5 days after the first sign of menstrual bleeding.
