Hard to say: I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "unclear". If the pregnancy test was negative it means you are either too early to confirm pregnancy or you did not achieve pregnancy this cycle. However, by D27 most serum pregnancy tests would be positive in the setting of a normal pregnancy. When you were testing related to when you ovulated/ had sex. Most women do a standard pregnancy test once they actually miss their period.
