Causes Of Soft Lump On Right Side Abdominal
Multiple soft lumps in a row. Right side of abdomen. One is about 3.5cm below right rib cage, and there are about 4 smaller ones below that. Causes?
Hard to tell: Are they painful or fluid filled? Difficult to tell without pictures or detailed description or age. If older will consider Shingles
A fatty lump grew at the left side of my abdomen. Scan shows its just fat lump. What caused it and how can I get rid of it please? I am worried.
Surgical removal: You can visit your local plastic surgeon.
17mm cyst on left ovary. I do have a banana shaped lump on left abdomen. Could the cyst cause excruciating pain? Doctor- no reason for side pain
Probably not: A 17mm cyst on the ovary, depending on age and the cycle day of the menstrual cycle, is of normal size for a developing ovary follicle (egg). If the cyst has been bleeding or has partially ruptured and drained, then associated pain may be present. Not sure what the banana shaped lump on the abdomen represents.
It can be anything: It depends on the location. The feel of the lump on palpation, duration as to how long it has been there, if itt is paiful. Moves under the fingers, soft-firm-hard, painful or painless, any associated symptoms like nausea, vomotong, constipation or dihhrea. I will suggest you make an appointment with your doctor and get it chrcked as it is of concern to you.
Get it seen: It may be nothing more than a dermatofibroma, but any new mass needs to be seen by a physician.
Just found a small hard lump on my lower right abdomen. Lump is painless, what could be the cause?
Where?: Is the hard lump under the skin or inside the abdomen? You need to be examined by a doctor for proper assessment and diagnosis. Any opinion as to what the lump might be would be guessing. Good luck
I've had a long lump going alongside my right abdomen for quite some time. It does not hurt as I sleep on my right side every night. What could it be?
Needs Evaluation: If there was a blockage of urine, it could cause abdominal pain. A kidney stone being passed could cause abdominal pain, but usually not at the same time as when the stone may be felt in the penis. A blood clot or scarring in the vascular tissue of the penis may be associated with abdominal pain, if the causitive agent has created similar problems in the abdomin. An infection that has spread.
Well, most likely: The only way to obtain an accurate assessment will be via actual medical assessment. This will allow for visualization and palpation.
I noticed just last night a lump on the center right side of my abdomen what do you it is. No pain?
See your physician: You should see a physician to have this evaluated. There are many things that can cause this.
Probable Lipomas: You might be desscribing collections of fat cells that occur in lumps, bumps and clusters and are called lipomas or fat tumors. These are benigh and usually of no concern. Ocassionally one will be in the wrong place, get too big or be too unsightly so as to have to be surgically removed. If in doublt, see pcp/dermatologist or other practicioner.
Tummy exercise lump: More history is required. Is it stable in size or does it change with bearing down/coughing. Is it fixed in location or relatively mobile? Are there any overlying skin changes? Any alteration in bowel habits. Any relation to food intake? Etc. Dicsuss this with you primary care physician and do not ignore it.

I discovered a lump on the right side of my abdomen about 3 inches across from my belly button. What could it be? It does not hurt.
Painless Lumps: Without pain or other symptoms of being ill this is most likely the benign and common problem of a lipoma. Lipomas are common collections of extra fat cells. The surgeons cut them out if they become painful or infected.
My mom has 2 lumps on either side of her abdomen, when she eats they fill up, when she goes to the bathroom they go down. Is that normal?
? Could be Hernia?: Lumps on the abdomen that increase and decrease like you described can be due to hernia. Watch if they get bigger when she tries to sit up from a lying position. If they do, they are probaly due to hernia. She should get checked up by her family doctor if she/you are concerned.
