Critique: Trivastal, a newer Dopamine agonist, is not available in the usa, but might be a choice. Sifrol, pramipexole, is likely your safest and best starting drug. What is the diagnosis of the women who feels extremely tired, have slow movements and sleep after lunch for 20 min and can't gets up.
A Lot of Things: This is very common. If minor likely normal! There are series of hormone changes after eating that effect energy (e.g. cortisol, GH, insulin, Orexin-being studied for wt loss/narcolepsy, blocker of it suvorexant new sleep aid). Not likely: Many people with no food allergy will produce antibody that reacts to the food allergy panel. Thus, these tests need to be interpreted by experts who treat food allergy daily.
