Yes, there is!: Diet can make so much difference that you would be able to get rid of the tranquilizer. The worst part of the american diet is all the man made stuff that we were never designed to eat. Eat only god made food. Get rid of all forms of sugar, sweeteners, caffeine, candy, chocolate etc. It sounds like purgatory but that is how we were designed. ...Read more
