Facial nerve: bells palsy is caused by compression or inflammation of the facial nerve. The nerve starts in the brain stem and exists skull away from the spine. In my opinion a cervical spine problem would be an unusual cause of Bell's palsy. Don't think cervical manipulation with a chiropractor would be very beneficial for this condition. ...Read more
