Tendon or bursitis : I suspect during your workout at the gym you pulled muscles or tendons and developing tendinitis or bursitis or both in your shoulder. It would be best to ice the shoulder especially for the first twdays after the injury for the next day or so and then use heat after that. And maintain range of motion. When I move my finger a part by the joint gives a sharp pain (when touched too) no visual injury. Pain is lessening. Why does it hurt? How do I heal?

Finger pain: It's possible that the joint has been sprained by some action or overuse activities that you're not obviously aware of. I recommend avoiding stressing that finger, warm soaks, and,if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve (naproxen) should help.
