I have arm pain in both arms almost every day. I get sharp pains depending on the angle/weight I put on them.The pain shoots from my shoulder to elbow?
What could cause me to have upper arm pain in both arms mostly at night? Pain that keeps me awake. I'm in good shape and doubt due to activity.
