Biking is safe: As a general rule, most exercises that don't involve weight lifting or extreme movements are ok in pregnancy. Walking, biking, running are great excercised during pregnancy while kick-boxing, and bench-pressing are discouraged. Its unlikely that your cycling did any harm to the baby.
