Is he constipated: R/o constipation as the most common cause of abd.pain. Rt upper quadrant pain could be from musculoskeletal strain ,. gall stones,GB infection , liver problems, stomach problems and sometimes from pancreas. Most likely PID: Painful intercourse, also called dyspareunia, is often related to pelvic inflammatory disease. That said you have lost weight. Was that unintended? There are many possibilities that come to mind and in this instance I suggest a visit to both your primary MD (family or internal medicine) ANDa visit to GYN. Left flank pain : Left Flank pain? Could be pyelonephritis.. Or kidney or upper urinary tract Infection. Any fevers, burning with voiding urine or nausea.
