Is he constipated: R/o constipation as the most common cause of abd.pain. Rt upper quadrant pain could be from musculoskeletal strain ,. gall stones,GB infection , liver problems, stomach problems and sometimes from pancreas. Most likely PID: Painful intercourse, also called dyspareunia, is often related to pelvic inflammatory disease. That said you have lost weight. Was that unintended?
