Can gas cause moderate right flank pain? I've had my gallbladder removed. What other stomach problems can cause right flank pain?

Flank pain: could be from a radiculopathy in the distribution of a nerve in that area, from the underlying muscles or from the kidneys. The latter often radiates down to the groin and/or the testicles. check for evidence of stones in the kidney or ureter. Possible: Endometriosis may be the cause of flank pain, but there are other reasons to consider as well. If pain is worse during menses makes endometriosis more likely as a cause.
