Causes Of Right Clavicle Mass
Mass at medial end right clavicle, hypodensity with clear boarders with centeral hyperechogenicity and no vascular flow. Most likely lymph node.
Directly below my clavicle on the right side above the breast I have a hard mass. No pain, no other symptoms. What could this be?
See your Doctor:: Needs to be investigated, as it could be from skin tissues, like a sebaceous cyst, a lipoma, ganglion cyst from underlying joints, a fibroma, or from the bone, like an osteoma. Generally these would be painless and hard or tense. Clinical examination, xrays and/or MRI would help in identifying them. Most likely it'll need to be removed and only then a final diagnosis will be made by a pathologist. ...Read more
I have a hard fixed nodule directly on my right clavicle near throat. X ray and blood work are clear however ultrasound shows solid mass. No pain.
Have it worked up: Lumps in the neck can be caused by a number of things. They range from benign (like lymph nodes responding to an infection, cysts, or non-cancerous tumors) to serious conditions like cancer. 2 years suffering with buldging clavical middle of chest vitiam d is at 15 soft tissue mass found what are chances of cancer? And it also moves
Hard to say: A mobile soft tissue mass overlying the clavicle is most likely a lipoma, which is simply a benign mass of fatty tissue. A lipoma can be easily excised if it's bothering you. If you've had it for 2 years and it hasn't changed size or symptoms then it's probably not cancer. Further workup such as mri, biopsy, or excision can be done to confirm whether or not it's cancer. ...Read more
Tough to say: The concern would purely be to get any "mass" checked out to be safe and assure it is not something serious. If it is a fatty mass (Lipoma) then they are benign in nature, but could still grow and encroach against vessels or nerves and cause pain, so may need removal. If it a lymph node near your collar bone, then that is a different story. Best to get it diagnosed by Doc. Good luck. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
