Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. Don't scratch!: I know... That is much easier said than done. But it is still true. If it is bad , see a dr. Anyway, you do need to prevent infection. Wash delicately w/ warm water. Use antibiotic cream, cover lightly. After that is resolved, obtain as effective as possible cortisone ointment to keep the itching under control. Eczema can be very difficult to eradicate, but it can be controlled. Don't scratch! ...Read more
