If he has congestion and stridor, it is most likely related to a viral infection/croup. Without seeing the rash it is difficult to determine. The o2 saturation level was low upon arrival in the er. This finding and his exam would indicate that he needed to have oxygen and breathing treatments to open his airway. Hopefully he is better-
