Several posibilities: Get somebody professional (dentist, doctor) to look at these and give you their impression. Must be seen to be diagnosed.
Purple spots: It might be blood clots or varicose veins. However, it should be clinically seen and evaluated by your dentist. Without personally examining you, we have no way of knowing what in fact it is and not all lesions are benign.
Normal: With the lack of a clinical exam, I would like to call those spots the terminal end of blood vessels. Probably Not: It is most likely normal, but see your dentist to be sure.
A few things: It could be a blood vessel, a small blood clot, benign blood growth or something else. Have your pediatrician or pedodontist take a look at it so you will know exactly what it is.

DON"T WORRY: Vast majority of round spots are absolutely benign innocuous lesions. Lesion is the fancy doctor word for anything out of the ordinary.
