My wife had spontaneous pupil dilation in one eye, has lasted several hours, same eye has blurry vision. No other symptons. 48 year old female.?
Sudden onset of pupil dilation. Only in one eye with double vision, feels like there is pressure. Lasted about 5 mins. Frequent. Should I be concerned?
