This isn't one of the typical acne treatments, so it may be coincidence, but it also may either be that it helped with the inflammatory part of your acne, or it may be that your "pimples" were not acne, but were a contact or seborrheic dermatitis. ...Read more

Expected: Acnes is a common side effects after high dose of prednisone. It will go away with time but if it bothers you a lot, ask your doctor to prescribe a retinoid cream for you. ...Read more
