11 wks post delivery: If you had a C-section, the "lump" is probably a hematoma, or stitch abscess. If you had a normal delivery, this mass could be a hernia or a torn abdominal muscle. See your OB physician for an exam. All of the above are easily treated. ...Read more

Hernia: Perhaps the most serious problem would be an hernia that is being pinched by the abdominal wall. If the bowel is pinched one can become constipated as food passage is delayed. YOu need a: "hands on " examination however I will venture a "thought"...At 22 if you are relatively thin...you could be feeling BOWEL CONTENTS which actually do move from the right to left side over hours or days!
Just a thought...get that exam!
