Large abdominal mass: That's a pretty large mass - it might be attached to the right ovary but grown into the left side of your abdomen - causing pressure on other structures including the ureters and or left ovary. YOu need a: "hands on " examination however I will venture a "thought"...At 22 if you are relatively thin...you could be feeling BOWEL CONTENTS which actually do move from the right to left side over hours or days!
Just a thought...get that exam!

You may need to make: Sure that you are not pregnant with another child first. Are you having steady regular menstrual periods?
