I have a medium: It could be a cyst which is filled with fluid and can happen after an injury or almost jello type tissue if you have had it for a while or a lipoma, that consists of fatty tissue , both cause no problems. Probably...: If the mass changes position when you flex your muscles or move your ankle thrn it is likely muscle. If you have had an injury to that area sometimes there can be a hermiation of the muscle through its sheath of fascia.
