Tingling upper chest: is it front or back? Could be muscular, or even reflux or vascular. or from impingement ( nerve irritation in shoulder/ neck disc compression), or lesion or even TMJ Rarely MS. Could try Ranitidine(reflux) and motrin/aleve( for impingement/muscular) if not allergic and see if helps.
