Sudden severe left shoulder pain that radiates down left arm x1.5 hrs. Numbness and tingling in arm and hand. No injuries or cardiac Hx. Causes?
Cervical disc hernia: Rule out cervical disc herniation at c45 with exam and or neck MRI

See an orthopedist: Early treatment is often better than delayed treatment
I've been having flashes of numbness and tingling thoughout my head and body parts should I be concerned I have a shoulder and mid back injury could it be from pinched nerves?
Should be concerned: Any episodes of recurrent flashes of numbness and tingling warrant concern and require further evaluation.
Pain in right arm between shoulder and elbow. Neck pain numbness and tingling down my arm. Now short of breath.
Pinched nerve: Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve in the neck. Often patients will develop numbness, tingling, and pain that radiates from the neck down the arm. Depending on the nerve that is pinched, it will affect different parts of the hand. Over time, weakness in the arm may develop as well. I would recommend getting it checked out. You may need an EMG and/or MRI
Ac joint separation: If the clavicle went up on the lateral side, it could be due to acromio-clavicular joint separation. This results from tears in the ligaments that keep the clavicle attached to the scapula. Get xrays of both clavicles both with hands empty and holding ten pound weights to look for this
Pinched nerve: Nerves exit your spine from the head to the buttock and these nerves correspond to the sensation to different parts of your body. The mechanical pressure on the nerve causes the sensation to feel different. That includes numbness or tingling. Also, there can be chemical irritation to the nerves by inflammation. In cases of peripheral neuropathy, it can ALS becaused by diabetes, etc.
Many many: Direct nerve irritation by pressure being applied to them, severing of the nerves via injury or underlying illness, metabolic processes, medications, demyelinating diseases, strokes, radiation therapy, infections, autoimmune disorders, vasculitis, hyperventilation - are just a few.See 1 more doctor answer

Need 2nd opinion. I have numbness and tingling throughout body. What could cause it? I do have back problems. Could that cause it?
Not low back: An anatomical explanation of numbness throughout body could be attributable to to a process in the brain or upper cervical spine area. Alternatively, it could have a nonanatomic basis.
Carpal tun syndrome: Numbness and tingling in the thumb, index and long finger is do to compression of the median nerve at the wrist called carpal tunnel syndrome. If it is in the ring and little finger only than the nerve involved is the ulnar nerve and the compression is usually at the elbow, called cubical tunnel syndrome.See 2 more doctor answers
