5yo kid has nocturnal myoclonus. wat vit/mineral deficiencies cause it. recent PTH 63.2, vit D total 34.66, calcium 9.6, magnesium 1.9, phosphorus 5.1?

Add dopamine agonist: Ssri and snris both may indirectly reduce Dopamine by serotonin stimulation. This can cause restless legs (rls) this may need to be compensated by a Dopamine agonist such as wellbutrin (bupropion) or Requip or mirapix.
