Right side pelvic and thigh pain, peeing allot bloating doctor said IBS but no tests done scared of ovarian cancer have had bowel problems help please?

pelvic ultrasound: Your too young to have ovarian cancer unless you have a strong family history of breast or ovarian cancer. Pelvic pain, thigh pain and frequent peeing, if going on for a while, may point to something going on in pelvis with bladder irritation.
