I did septiplasty 1 month ago. Sir I am feeling facial pain on left side of nose. Tingling numbness type. What's this? Constantly feeling this. Normal?
Your symptoms are not normal after a septoplasty. Facial pain and tingling numbness is an oxymoron. Either you have pain or numbness. But it is not normal to have these symptoms after a successful septoplasty.

Tingling/ nose: Do you have it only when you are congested or other times? If chronically congested may be sinusitis causing it due to nerve irritation, or just irritation of the facial nerve which innervates the muscle.
