Other way around: Ovulation can cause thick uterine lining and the other symptoms. It's not the thick lining that causes the ovulation. We used to think that women with pof never ovulated again. But more recent research shows that they will have random spontaneous ovulations more often that we thought possible. ...Read more

Many causes: Breast soreness can be from weight changes, diet changes, caffeine intake, hormonal fluctuations, cysts, smoking, changes in bras, exercise and many other causes. Not sure exactly what you mean by hip cramps. If you mean pain in the pelvic area then uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, bladder, colon, intestine and other organs could be to blame.
