Fat necrosis?: To make a reliable diagnosis you need to have a doctor examine the area and do a good physical examination. There are many things this could be, but that is the most likely diagnosis given the area, etc.

Must be examined: Evaluated, diagnosed, tested and treated. Your issues require an actual physical exam.

Bone islands: Are benign incidental findings, they don't cause a mass. If you had a bony or calcified mass the CT should have showed it easily. The mass you feel may be hard, but not bone. Additional imaging with mri may be useful if CT failed to provide an answer.

Possible scar tissue: A firm, non-tender lump is most likely the result of a small impact injury that caused bruising and possible bleeding in the muscle and has resulted in scar tissue. This should remain the same size or shrink with time, but it enlarges, it need evaluation. If the lump is very small and seems to be at the skin level, is is most likely a benign cyst, and can also be watched.

I have a small lump in my left hip, where a stretch mark is, I have 100kg, 1.90 m height. It didn't grew, I have it for a long time. What is it?

Hip: The lump that you describe may represent a lipoma. It could also represent a cyst. To be certain, have it looked at in person by a physician.

I have a lump right above my leg crease in the hip area (not sure what that area is called exactly)it's been there 6 months and causes pain?

New lump? Get seen!: It is hard to say what this could be by the limited description possible in the short questions allowed here. However, any mass that is new and does not go away in 4-6 weeks, needs to be evaluated to make sure it is nothing serious. How serious is impossible to say, but since it is causing pain and is new, you need to be examined in person soon! Good luck!
