I woke up this morning with a sore neck on the left side. Rubbed it and found an almond sized tender lump under my earlobe at the angle of my jaw.
Can toothache cause extreme aching pain in head, temple and jaw lasting for about 5 min then going just leaving tender teeth? I do clench as well.

Could injury to jaw and neck cause a swollen lymph node on the side it occurred? Like being punched, I have a bruise on my neck and jaw also. Tender

What you described sounds like physical abuse. If any one hit you, it is imperative that you report it to police and get out of any contact with that person.
What you think is a swollen lymph node may be bleeding into the tissue.
If you do not wish to talk to police, talk to your clergy, your parents or an other adult that you have rapport with.

Under right jaw I have lump. When I look to the right downward, and turn head upright I feel lightheaded,dizzy.lymph under arm and neck tender, causes?
Lump a concern: I suspect the lump and the dizziness are unrelated. The combined movements of your head which you describe might make anybody dizzy by slightly compromising the blood flow in your neck. This is not particularly concerning. You could watch and wait. If the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, you should see a doctor.

I am on celexa (citalopram) for 3 years , can celexa (citalopram) cause sore neck , sore jaw and pressure in ears ?
Unlikly but possible:
Severe dry mouth or xerostomia can be a side effect of any medication. However the degree would have to be so severe that something like a parotid gland stone has formed which is causing the problem. Additionally your would have many other anticholinergic symptoms and probably more than just the Celexa (citalopram) is involved if at all.
