GI issues: All these symptoms point to some GI issue you are having. Gerd, esophogitis, peptic ulceration, pyrosis, etc can all be possibilities. You need to see a GI dr. I tend to burp quite a lot after every meal and feel bloated. The indigestion is especially bad with fatty foods. No pain.Is this a cause for concern?

Digestion issues: Not a cause for concern but, sounds like digestive issues. Poor diets can lead to problems with proper acid production. The food passes into the small intestines with poor breakdown and produces more gas which in turn causes the bloating and flatulance. I would suggest a meal time digestive aid such as papaya or betaine HCL to see if the helps. Foods that need less breakdown can also help. FRESH! ...Read more

Globus sensation: This is a common sensation that is poorly understood. It's not dangerous, and may be related to stress. It is often seen in people with reflux disease. See doc for exam to…: Check for ulcers or esophagus problems like reflux. Avoid gas-forming foods (pop, beans, peanuts, broccoli family, dairy products). Gas-x (simethicone) helps break up gas; beano taken before meal helps break down gas-formers; lactaid/dairy ease helps digest lactose. Activated charcoal caps helps absorb gas. Should symptoms persist an endoscope may be recommended to make sure you do not have ulcers or bacteria causing your symptoms.
