See a doctor: Impossible to know what is causing intestinal 'gurgling', but unless it is bothering you intensely suspect it may be related to your diet or a transient issue that will resolve itself. The major parasite you are likely to get in usa is giardia (a protozoan) which can be diagnosed easily. I am waking up every night at 3 am with intense hunger pains! could remeron (mirtazapine) cause this? Or reactive hypoglycemia? What can I do to prevent this?
Don't know: Reported effects of Remeron (mirtazapine) include: increased appetite, weight gain, diarrhea nausea, vomiting, cholecystitis, and colitis. I don't know the cause of your hunger pains.
